After finishing Dragon Age II game can we play MotA?

After finishing Dragon Age II game can we play MotA?
I was playing Dragon age 2 and I wanted to play it with my mage character but I had already finished the game with her. So now I am a bit confused because if it is possible then how will I get the post –epilogue save so that I can continue in future.

Yes you can play MotA even after the game finishes but only when it comes to DLC .Because when you save the finished game and then play DLC the computer will recognize it that you have already lost it , so I think you should play it.

Ofcourse yes, we can play MotA even after the game is finished , but we need to keep in mind That the items here are not better than the end game items because you are still the champion of Kirkwall while the game still has Meredith alive. So I wish they give a dlc for after act 3.
