When you get an error message such as Firefox can not connect securely to http://www.techarena.in/ because the SSL protocol has been disabled. Try to reset the SSL Settings page in the about: config or reset all preferences to default in the start window in safe mode. Also make sure your firewall is not blocking secure connections.

You need to completely uninstalling/reinstalling Firefox should fix your problem. First backup your bookmarks and extensions. Otherwise, you can lose bookmarks and extensions. After completing uninstall/reinstall Firefox you have to delete the profile folder. After uninstalling: Click "Start > Run > Type %APPDATA% > click OK". A window will open, Delete the Mozilla folder. Re-install FireFox All Firefox settings will be set to default

Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) lets you securely access websites. Websites that use SSL will have "https" at the start of their address. Make sure "Use this proxy for all protocols" and "SSL proxy" in "Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Network / Connection -> Settings" (Firefox 2 and above) or "Edit -> Preferences -> Advanced -> Proxies" (Mozilla Suite/SeaMonkey) are set to the correct values.
