Well I the thing which you have stated I have tired and it did not worked for me at all in the game. there is no change in the situation after disabling AA and enabling FXAA. Still I wanted that the developer of the game should fix the mouse on the menu as well as Minecraft looking shadows in the game.

I have already tried the thing which you have stated over here and I have noticed that there was big difference into the performance after doing the same. once you have done the same there will not be anything like input lag and stuttering while playing the game. but still I am not able to figure out whether there is need of FXAA is supposed to checked or not . but I need to turn off the AA since there was huge drop into the frame rate of the game.

If you wanted to enable FXAA on the launcher than you have to use the following steps.
You should launch the game launcher on the computer.
You have to go for the Advanced Settings from the launcher of the game.
Now you have to click on the FXAA box to enable the same.

Well I agree with you that is FXAA is seems to be quite awesome. If you are disabling MSAA. It will allow you to play the game on ultra with the regular MSAA.

If you are suffering from the mouse lag than I would like to tell you that it is happening because of the Vsync. Why it might be happening because you have not added the iPresentInterval=0 from the Display section of skyrim.ini or skyrimprefs.ini files. Well you should look into the both of the .ini file. Also another thing which I would like to tell you over here is that you should back up the .ini file so that if anything wrong happens you can use the back up to roll back to changes which you have done on the computer of yours. you can find the above mentioned files into MyDocuments/MyGames/Skyrim folder.

I wanted to tell you that there will be better look and feel if you are using FXAA in conjunction with MXAA. Each and everything in the game is looking quite sharp for foliage which are supposed to use the transparent textures. If you tuned the FXAA soften then it will make the smooth out the foliage. You should turn off the MXAA and turn on FXAA than you have to look at the some of the Stairs and walk around in the game. you will see that the stairs flickering without MXAA. You should now turn on 8x MXAA and stairs will not flicker for you.
