For the use of the Google reader with the RSS first you have to login in the Google Reader with the Google account then only you can manage the RSS feeds in it. After the login have been completed then click on the Add subscription and enter the URL of the RSS Feeds that you want to access every day. Google Reader extension is nothing but the add on that will help you to check for the Google reader for your unread new and all. This add on is introduced for the Firefox and also for the Google Chrome that checks your Google Reader for unread news. So if you wish to use it and download it then you have to go to the Firefox extension page and search for the keyword of the same. Click on the Add to Firefox and download it. Thanks
