Need to improve/tweak PC graphics from game settings in the NFS: THE RUN
I got everything confusing in game menu reminding me of my ps3. I am familiar with the fact that it’s a console port but I want to know how its graphics part can be improved. I came to know that there was no AA present in the pc version but it persists in consoles. Is it better if I force 2gb HD 6950 Sapphire?

If you are going for AA I just made use of InjectFXAA for addition of FXAA to the game. Apart from that, I guess the single thing to do is to set the whole thing to Ultra.

As far I am concerned this game doesn't require AA. I mean in reality that the game works quite fine with its alternate to AA which is 'Min maps’ can say that I am particular about it. The racing passion with beautiful riding to my experience was one which I played for first time and that was due to Playing on Ultra right. The mentioned one and BF3 show the capability of Frostbite 2 and I am satisfied.

I don’t think that this game needs AA. The console AA is already selected however. And applied to the car so all else still has jagged edges. Owners who are having ATI card can force AA with the 10.10e drivers but, it is only applicable to vehicles only and the scenery has no effect on it, similar to the 360 and PS3 versions.

I can say that it is not better Using NVIDIA Inspector since by enabling use of some kind of AA on the cars; there is no huge improvement in all honesty saying. However, a white line appears on the right hand side of the screen in addition with video memory usage increasing by 200 MB so I have just a simple idea of some kind of AA being applied. If this was not to be applied there would be no white line and memory usage seems to be around 680 MB.

As the lack of any AA controls, and with no frame rate dissimilarities, the only options left with us to maneuver are the resolution and the graphics options. After finding out, we came to the conclusion that "Ultra" was playable on each video card which was tested. The meaning seems to appear that you are able to maximize the in-game graphics on all video cards.

GeForce GTX 580 SLI, Radeon HD 6970 CFX , Radeon HD 6970, and few GeForce GTX 580 all of these can play at 2560x1600 "Ultra" settings. The video cards mentioned above are all straight line of performance with 30 FPS. Letting them on fewer powerful video cards, you are letting them go down to 1920x1200, and next at that resolution "Ultra" they are able to play. When we consider the performance of your video card, the only option available for you is to have a change in its resolution at the time of coming down.

If you have lesser powered video cards they need to be played at lower resolutions. Or for this case, you are to be supposed to able to make use of all "Ultra" settings on each current generation video card in this game. Consequently, the need doesn’t persist to spend some handful of money on video cards to make this game play on your PC.

You may be having issues with the sound drivers which are not able to support them. You can uninstall all the drivers and later have a fresh install of all the available sound drivers for your pc. This might sort out the problem. There is a sound option in the settings provided with it, so try to switch on/off and check with every case.
