No downloadable content details available in Alan Wake standard Edition
I purchased a brand new copy of Alan Wake Limited Edition from Amazon. It was sealed pack and I broke the seal myself. Mentioned in the content on box was a bonus disc which will allow me to download bonus content from the internet. But there was no such disc in the packet. All I got was the game disc and the game manual. I have the receipt of my purchase, how do I claim my missing disk?

You can click the photo of your receipt and send it to the official email of customer care of remedy Entertainment. See to it that, the photo clicked is very clear and shows every detail on the receipt. Once sent, Remedy games will give you solution to your problem. Most probably they will give you a code which you can use to redeem the downloadable content.
The next batch of cods for downloadable material for Alan Wake will be released in August. So chances are that you will need to wait till August.
