Mass Effect 3 Code not recognized
Whenever I type the gamestop pre order code into the redeem promo code box then instead of accepting me the code, it shows me the error message as “Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly”. I am entering the code correctly an I am sure about that. Can you guess that what the reason for this problem is. If you have some suggestion for this the please let me know that. Thank you so much.

Where are you entering the code? I mean, if you are entering the code in Origin, or the Bioware sight. There is possibility that they have given you the wrong code. The best thing that you can do is to call them and ask the same to them.
