Music career Question in The Sims 3 Showtime

Music career Question in The Sims 3 Showtime
I would like to see Music career in Showtime but I actually and hope this would happen in Late Night. For the Symphonic branch of the Music career to have instruments such as a cello and piano as career boosters and for drums and keyboard to be added as career boosters for the Rock Star branch is a good idea -it'd make it more realistic.

I get it now. However a singing skill will normally have completely dif coding. Code a for speaking, code b for WA songs, code c for singing in the bathroom and code d for actual singing skill. (I’m stating all these because they are all sounds made through Sims mouths" They could link b-c and d to each other though. For instance sim with high singing level might learn new WA very easily or they will sing better.

Maybe, Acrobat and Magician are new careers, but Singer a 3rd branch to the music career. Or it could be completely on its own. I agree though..Most of the quitters we've got so far look like electric ones. I'd briefer for the sumphonic branch to have chelo and piano to advance as well and drums and piano added to the rock star patch. I just hope that the music career not to be left out and at least our bands, rock stars and "maestros" to get opportunities to perform at a venue.

I think with patch (I am not remembering), if you go to the music career with LA installed. it counts as all of your instruments skills.

It would like to see this career modified a little to work with the Late Night and Showtime musical additions, although my bet is about as good as anyone else's with how possible this is. I'm hoping for the best, but I'm trying to not actually get my hopes up, since it could quite easily not happen.

Already class singing as a skill due to the songs you can learn in WA. I just hoped that this would be expanded in LN with the bands. If they were to make a new career for Singer's pacifically then I have to agree with flaming telepaths in saying that it'd probably be a profession. Although there would be difficulty coding it all and it would cause even more glitches for EA to fix. At the end of the day, we don't know what's going to happen or what EA is going to do. I just hope they release more information out because if I'm honest, I'm not that interested in buying Showtime when it comes out.

I doubt it. I think singing will be a set skill which you can improve by using a microphone and having your sim sing with it. Perhaps there will be a raw talent trait which means your sim has a natural singing ability or something. The DJ Booth is like bar tending from Late Night - your sim learns the skill, then they can go to a bar to use the bar/booth, but its not an official career.
